What opportunities do we have for young people ?
Hiphoperations is a program run by The Ted Noffs Foundation dedicated to the exchange of creative ideas for young people.
www.hiphoperations.com serves as a conduit for young people to listen to, discuss, watch and comment on each other's work and acts as a focal point for creative expression via a myriad of social cultures and subcultures.
