I'm a sole parent of 4 children aged 28,25,20 and 10.I also have bipolar syndrome.I'm in the process of becoming a vegan for ethical and health reasons.I'm passionate about animal rights,being inclusive,diversity,kindness to children and fellow humans,saving the planet. Many people inspire me, including my mother, who lived through and survived a Japanese concentration camp in world war two.
